1 The use/content

Footballmates.com is not responsible for the content of profiles. Each profile will be under the supervision of the profile owner, and therefore he or she is legally responsible for his or her own profile page. Our advice is to not use any copytighted pictures, videos or music.

2. Account/profile

2.1 If you are below the age of 16 please ask permission from your parents or legal guardian. By accepting the privacy-statement you state toagree with the terms above.

2.2 You are not allowed to create an account for any other persons but yourself.

2.3 Football mates maintain right to block a user or delete a user permantly. Football mates can also block a user on his or her IP address for a certain periode of time or permantly.

2.4 You can always delete your own account. If you want to delete your account, please contact us at info@footballmates.com. There is no delete button in your account for security reasons. For example: if someone other than yourself gains access to your e-mail account and signs in on our platform he or she is not able to delete your account.

2.5 You are responsible for your login and password. Football mates employees cannot log in to your account because the password is highly secured. The password you choose will be sent to the database encrypted with a salt (unique code of karakters and numbers)

2.6 The use of pornographic or sexual photos or texts which are against the law will not be excepted by Football mates. Your account will be deleted at once.

2.7 Football mates cannot garantuee that the profiles are truthful.

2.8 Workers of Football mates maintain the right to alter content whenever necessary, if the content is illegal or when Football mates considers it is unsuitable.

2.9 Football mates is not responsible for the reliability of news facts.

2.10 Football mates is not responsible any consequences that may occur in real life due to any occurrences/incidents on the website

2.11 Football mates maintains the right to change the policy of the website at any time.

2.12 In case of disturbance of our services Football mates maintain the right to block your account permanently.

2.13 Case of threats towards Football mates employees, the police will be informed at once
